Established in 1979, Sino Estates Management Limited (SEML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino Land Company Limited and a fully accredited property management company that has been elected as a full member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies since 1996. The Company was awarded ISO 9001:2000 in 2002 and ISO 10002:2004 Certification on Complaints Handling Management System in 2006. It has also gained the ISO 14001 Certification on Environmental Management System for Skyline Tower and SEML headquarters in 2007.

With a workforce of more than 2,000 staff, SEML offers professional property management services to over 180 properties, which include residential, commercial and industrial properties, shopping malls and facilities management with a total gross floor area of over 47 million square feet. In addition to Hong Kong, SEML also manages properties in Xiamen in the Mainland China.
